1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed

• Identity and contact data: full name and email address; optionally, the name of your organisation or business and your telephone number.
• Request data: the product or subject you are interested in and the information you write in your message.

3. Purposes of processing

• Responding to your requests for quotes, information, investment and partnership.
• Contacting you in connection with your request.
• Keeping records of requests and improving our services.

4. Legal grounds and method of collection

Your personal data are collected electronically through the contact form on this website or by email. They are processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK, namely that processing “is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract” and that “processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller”.

5. Transfer of data

Your personal data are not sold to third parties. We use service providers that supply IT infrastructure for email, website hosting and form records. Messages you send through the contact form are stored in a database at a data centre located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany); your data are kept on these providers’ servers solely for the purpose of providing the service and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. To protect the contact form from bots and spam, we use the Cloudflare Turnstile security check; during this check, technical information about your browser and connection (such as IP address and browser type) is processed by Cloudflare, Inc. solely for security purposes and is not used for advertising or tracking. Where required by law, your data may be shared with the competent public authorities.

6. Retention period

Your data are retained for as long as necessary to conclude your request and for the periods prescribed by the applicable legislation; at the end of that period, they are erased, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data are being processed; request information if they have been processed; learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data are used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom your data are transferred; request rectification if the data are incomplete or inaccurate; request their erasure or destruction; request that these operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data have been transferred; object to any outcome to your detriment arising from the analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation for any damage you suffer as a result of unlawful processing.
